• Marine-Grade Durability: Standard auto cables rot over time. Every wire in this bundle is premium, tinned anti-corrosion marine-grade copper.

1. The Premium Power Core

• Battery: Victron 24V 100Ah Smart LiFePO4 Lithium Battery with smallBMS.
• DC-DC Alternator Charger: Victron Orion-Tr Smart 24/24-17A Isolated DC-DC Charger — pulls 400W of regulated engine charge while driving.
• Solar Controller: Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 Solar Charge Controller.
• 12V Step-Down Reducer: Victron Orion-Tr 24/12-20A Isolated DC-DC Converter — powers standard 12V compressor fridges, lights, and diesel heaters.
• System Monitor: Victron SmartShunt 500A/50mV IP21 Battery Monitor — real-time Bluetooth battery percentage dashboard on your phone.
• DC Distribution: Victron Busbar 250A 2P with Cover.

2. The Pre-Cut Workshop Wiring Loom

• Battery Interconnects (32mm² / 2 B&S Tinned Cable): 1.5m Red cut into 3x 0.5m segments; 1.0m Black cut into 2x 0.5m segments. Fitted with 10x M8 tinned copper lugs and glue-lined heatshrink.
• Alternator Run (8 B&S Twin-Core Tinned Cable): 5.0m continuous run from starter battery to Orion charger. Fitted with 4x M8 lugs and 4x M6 lugs.
• Solar Lead-In (6mm² Twin Tinned Solar Cable): 8.0m continuous run from roof entry gland to MPPT. Fitted with MC4 connectors on roof end.
• Step-Down Legs (6mm² Twin Tinned Auto Cable): 2.5m cut to feed step-down converter inputs/outputs. Fitted with M8 and M6 terminals.
• Main Battery Safety: Exotronic 120A Surface Mount Waterproof DC Circuit Breaker.
• Alternator Safety: 2x Exotronic 30A Surface Mount Waterproof DC Circuit Breakers (for engine and house protection).
• Cabin Distribution: Exotronic 12-Way Blade Fuse Block with Negative Bus.
• Roof Protection: Exotronic White MC4 Cable Entry Cover Gland block.
